Refund policy

At RUBA SHAKRA, we want every pair to reach you in perfect condition and to feel right from the first step.

You may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date by contacting us at info@rubashakra.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Returned in its original packaging
• Returned with all tags, labels, dust bags, accessories, and proof of purchase
• Free from damage, marks, odors, or signs of wear

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
