- This website is operated by On Track. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to On Track. On Track offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
- By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
For orders placed from a country other than Swiss, the customer is the importer of the products concerned.
For all products, duties and other local taxes may be claimed. These taxes are not the responsibility of RUBA SHAKRA. They will be borne exclusively by the customer who is advised to make inquiries regarding these aspects before placing an order.
These terms and conditions of sale may be changed at any time providing such changes appear on the website.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Article 2 - Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Article 3 - Prices
Product prices are expressed in Frank Swiss all taxes included, excluding costs of processing and shipping.
RUBA SHAKRA reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time when the order is recorded subject to availability.
Article 4 - Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Article 5 - Order
It is incumbent upon the customer to select on the website the products it wishes to order. Payment is made on-line by bank card or by PayPal account. The order is subject to confirmation by email, specifying the references ordered, the amount of the order and the delivery address.
The order will be dispatched at the latest 3 days following receipt of payment.
Article 6 - Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges that it has read and accepted these terms and conditions of sale before placing its order. Validating the order therefore implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the data recorded by RUBA SHAKRA constitutes proof of the transaction.
Article 7 - Availability
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limit of available stock.
Should a product turn out to be unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and refunded by RUBA SHAKRA.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
Article 8 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the order placement process. Delivery deadlines include preparation of the parcel and shipping.
The order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
If there is a delay in delivery, the customer can cancel the order.

Article 9 - Delivery charges
Delivery charges are automatically generated during the ordering process. RUBA SHAKRA applies differentiated delivery rates depending on the amount of the order, the geographical area of delivery and the shipping method.
Delivery charges appear on the order confirmation.
These charges include a contribution to preparation and packaging fees + postage costs + transportation costs. Delivery charges are due for every order placed.
Article 10 - Payment
For on-line payment, the order placement process posted on the website must be followed.
All banking information that you send us are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your personal data.
Article 11 - Retraction.
The customer has a period of 7 days to exercise its right to retract delivery to return the items to RUBA SHAKRA for refund or voucher. Please note that the products should be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and not used. If we don’t receive your return in time, the return will be cancelled and we will consider the purchase complete. If you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure as indicated on our website or on the documents received with the order.
Article 12 - Warranties.
The delivered products are covered, in accordance with legal provisions, by a warranty against latent defects originating from material, design or manufacturing defects and rendering them unfit for use.
No warranty will be provided in case of bad use, negligence or lack of maintenance by the customer.
RUBA SHAKRA will replace or have repaired the products found to be defective.
The products sold on the website are compliant with the regulations in force in Switzerland.
The seller will not be held liable for any delay due to the occurrence of a force majeure event.
Article 13 -Returns and Eligibility.
We Offer our customers 15 days return policy. Please email info@rubashakra.com with your return request. If 15 days have gone by since you made your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the invoice or proof of purchase in order for us to complete your return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund of any returned item will be done within 15 working days after the return has been received by RUBASHAKRA. Allow 4 to 5 working days for the credit to post on your bank account or on your PayPal account.
Article 14 - Applicable law - Disputes
Please contact the RUBA SHAKRA Customer Service for any claim by clicking the link “contact us” in order to request a settlement agreement.
For any prior written claim to the attention of our Customer Service for less than a year and unsatisfied, the customer has the possibility to use The Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) via their website: https://ec.europa.eu
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. In case of a dispute, only the Swiss courts will be competent.
